UVIC Info Sessions Every April, a representative from the UVIC Admissions team comes to Royal Bay for a group presentation to answer any questions about the admission process, programs, etc. They will meet with individual students for 15 minute appointments. Sign-up sheets will be available in the counselling suite the week before. Listen to the morning announcements after Spring Break.
If you are applying to UVIC and have completed a Camosun course while at Royal Bay, you are advised to declare this on your application. You will still be considered a current high school student, but by declaring the Camosun course the UVIC Admissions Office will know to expect a transcript from Camosun (so that you can receive a transfer credit for the course - if applicable.) Note: To receive UVIC credits, you must achieve a minimum of a “C” in this or any other post-secondary course.
